Alvė Skauronaitė, 1st year student of VDA Graphic Arts BA, with her print "Gyvenimas melduose" (linocut, 2023) won the Youth Prize by Pressing Matters at the international linocut competition (28 countries participated in the competition) at TYPA (Tartu, Estonia)!
It is worth mentioning that this print by Alvė is also featured in the VDA Graphic Arts 2024 calendar (VDA Christmas Art and Support for Ukraine initiative - calendars of original prints - all proceeds from the artworks go to support Ukraine.
