Vilniaus dailės akademija kviečia į pirmąją viešą baigiamųjų darbų parodą – visuomenei pristatomi visi šiais metais VDA ginami baigiamieji darbai.
Ši paroda – pirmoji galimybė vienu metu pamatyti visų 2023 m. Akademijos absolventų darbus, pasklidusius po VDA erdves ir įvairias galerijas Vilniuje, Kaune, Klaipėdoje, Telšiuose. Tai proga susipažinti su ateinančia jaunųjų menininkų, dizainerių, architektų, restauratorių ir menotyrininkų karta, atrasti naujausių šiuolaikinio meno ir dizaino tendencijų užuomazgas.
Baigiamųjų darbų paroda žymi studijoms skirto gyvenimo tarpsnio pabaigą, apvainikuotą profesionalaus menininko diplomu ir pasirodymu žiūrovams. Kartu tai prasidedančios savarankiškos menininko karjeros momentas – ilgai lauktas, trokštamas, bet ne kiekvienam saugus etapas.
Plačiajai publikai atvira baigiamųjų darbų paroda – Akademijos sukurta proga ir galimybė kiekvienam jaunajam menininkui pristatyti žiūrovams savo kūrybinę poziciją, tapti matomam, pritraukti ekspertų dėmesį. Svarbu, kad turint didelių lūkesčių ir svajonių, pabaigą pažymėtų įvykis, paliudijantis priartėjimą prie tų svajonių išsipildymo.
Dvi savaites vyksiančiai parodai Akademija atsiveria nuo auditorijų iki rūsių, pasitelkia bendradarbiavimą su muziejais ir galerijomis. Parodos metu lankytojai galės išvysti daugiau kaip 200 kūrybinių projektų, atstovaujančių skirtingas meno studijų kryptis, eksponuojamų daugiau kaip 40 skirtingų lokacijų 4 Lietuvos miestuose.
Kaune Baigiamųjų darbų parodos darbai eksponuojami VDA Kauno fakulteto galerijoje ir erdvėse, Muitinės g. 2.

Vilnius Academy of Arts presents the first public show of its students’ final artworks. All the final theses, defended this year at the Vilnius Academy of Arts, will be presented to the public.
The VDA Graduation Show is the first opportunity to see the artworks of the entire VDA 2023 graduates’ cohort, scattered around the VDA spaces and various galleries in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Telšiai. This is an excellent opportunity to meet the next generation of young artists, designers, architects, restorers and art critics, and to discover the latest trends in contemporary art and design.
The graduation show marks the end of a lifetime of study, culminating in the award of a diploma and a performance for the public. At the same time, it marks the beginning of an independent, long-awaited career as an artist. It is a longed-for, but not a safe stage for everyone.
The graduation show, open to the general public, is an opportunity created by the Academy for each young artist to present his or her creative position to the audience, to become visible and attract the attention of experts. It is important that, if you have high expectations and dreams, the end should be marked by an event that testifies to the fact that you are getting closer to the fulfilment of those dreams.
From the 2nd to the 16th of June the Academy is opening up its entire premises - from classrooms to basements – also through collaboration with museums and galleries. During the two-week show, visitors will be able to see more than 200 creative projects representing different study dicsiplines, spread across over 40 locations in 4 cities.
The exhibition in VAA Kaunas faculty (Muitines st. 2) is open to visitors on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

During the opening the authors of the works will interact with visitors until 8PM.
