University of Granada initiated the Artist’s Book Project “Slow Selfie. When Knowledge Becomes Image”. Organisers invited Vilnius Academy of Arts (Lithuania) and Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts Poznan (Poland) to participate in the International Artist’s Book Project and to create the artist’s books on the theme “Slow-Selfie”. The Project consists of a conference, an art workshop and an exhibition of student artist’s books. After the Exhibition in Granada, the artist’s books will be on display in Vilnius and Poznan.
Prof. Kęstutis Vasiliūnas was invited by the University of Granada to participate in the Conference in Granada and to talk about artist’s book structures.
On 16th of January the Artist’s book exhibition “Slow Selfie. When Knowledge Becomes Image” was opened in the “Salón de Grados” in Granada. In March the exhibition will be opened in Vilnius in the gallery “Akademia”. In April – in Poznan.
