Yes, you can apply for and receive scholarships. It depends a lot on your study program, your academic activity, social status, and so on, because the scholarships have different types.
Yes, it is possible, but for the first semester students shall pay the tuition fee before the beginning of that semester, and after that - you can pay monthly, for this you need to write an application. Tuition fees for other semesters are to be paid within 15 calendar days from the beginning of each semester.
Usually, Your payment structure should be stated in your student contract.
We remind you to need to collect either 240 (BA) | 120 (MA) | which is equal to 30 credits per semester. There is also an option to choose an elective course with the required number of credits and fill the gap. Anyways, the student must monitor his study plan, credits, and the subjects he has taken by checking his VDA academic information system.

For a visa/residence permit - you must apply no later than 2 months before the expiration date, but no earlier than 4 months.
Also, If you want to receive/renew a temporary residence permit, check this relevant information
If it is urgent, please immediately contact the Migration Service with a request for the issuance or extension of a visa/residence permit or go to the Migration website and log in using your personal email (if you do not have a personal identification number or no online bank account in Lithuania).
You will receive a temporary code to the given email.
Reports and/or complaints about possible violations of academic ethics should be sent to etika@vda.lt (addressed to the Academic Ethics Committee of the Senate) or etika.sa@vda.lt (addressed to the VDA Student Union).
