The 15th international scientific conference "Culture and Creativity" took place yesterday. The remote conference was organized by the Kaunas Faculty of Vilnius University, the Institute of Social Sciences and Applied Informatics, the scientific group "Creative Industries and Innovations" and the Kaunas Faculty of the Vilnius Academy of Arts.
The conference was attended by researchers, students, professionals of cultural and creative industries, as well as everyone interested in the theories and practices of creative business, art and culture management and marketing.

The main presentations were given by Assoc. Prof. Dimitra Kanellopoulou (ENSAPM School of Architecture, Paris), who willingly shared her experience in the fields of urban planning and human geography. Prof. Dr. Berna Kurt Kemaloğlu (Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Turkey) shared her experience of choreographic processes and how they are  used to raise issues of gender and race inequality in dance. Prof. Dr. Paul Long (Monash University, Australia) spoke about the work done to represent political migrants and to achieve their individual and proportionate participation and inclusion in Australia's cultural economy.
Dr. Giovanni Ercolani's presented his latest book „The Maidan Museum: Preserving the Spirit of Maidan - Art, Identity, and the Revolution of Dignity“ in which it is explored the relationship between the art created during the so-called Revolution of Dignity - Maidan events (November 21, 2013 - February 23, 2014), and the mission of the Maidan Museum born from the ashes of Euromaidan, which aims to preserve the " The Spirit of Maidan".

The day-long conference covered the following topics:
