As the paradigms of contemporary performance are transforming, curatorial practices need to address the complexities inherent in topical themes such as Indigenousand politically loaded performance, the development of decolonial practices in (re)presenting art, shared authorship between humans and more-than-humans, and the(re)presentations coming forth from such collaborations. This artistic research project is realised through artistic research practice. The series of artistic processes and performance events that will be implemented in this project will discuss, investigate and present high quality artistic outcomes and novel information about the topicalthemes identified. The objective of this artictic research project is to develop a curatorial training platform, mentorship opportuities, learning aids and practicali nstruments with young artist-curators from Lithuanian and Sapmi to increase and expand their expertise for identifying and responding to local needs and pressingquestions in their ‘art worlds.

This project has received funding from the Research Council of Lithuania (LMTLT), agreement No. S-PD-24-49.
