KUNO course The Anatomy of Ｖａｐｏｒｗａｖｅ Vol. 5 took place from the 3rd to the 7th of November at the Mizarai Practice and Recreation Base. It was the fifth international workshop of this kind, led by VDA lecturer Assoc. Prof. Dr. V. Orlovas. This time, 17 students participated from the VDA of Site-Specific Art and Scenography department, Photography, Animation and Media Art department, and Sculpture department, as well as international KUNO network students from the Art Academy of Latvia in Riga and Uniarts in Helsinki.
During the workshops, the philosophy, aesthetics, and characteristic features and strategies of the musical microgenre Vaporwave were introduced. Students had the opportunity to test their skills by creating musical compositions. The results of the workshop are presented in the form of an album:
