We are excited to invite colleagues from partner universities (both academic and administrative staff) to the VDA International Staff Week on June 9-13, 2025.
This is a unique opportunity to:
- Engage with Vilnius Academy of Arts' international community, meet with different departments and international members from partner universities;
- Attend the VDA Graduation Show 2025;
- Visit the VDA faculties in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda or Telšiai and our off-campus facility - Panemunė Castle.
Duration: 3 to 5 days (flexible).
Participation fee: 75 € per person (includes all extracurricular activities (guided tours in Vilnius/Kaunas, a return trip to Kaunas faculty and Panemunė Castle, 2 restaurant dinners, and 2 lunches, coffee/snacks).
We encourage you to use the Erasmus+ funding for staff training in order to fund your trip. Please contact the International Office at your home university in order to check the procedure and availability of the Erasmus+ funding.
If you are interested in joining our Staff Week, please complete the registration form by February 28th. Participants will be notified of the results by March 10th. Please be kindly informed that maximum two staff members per partner institution are invited to apply.
