At a ceremony held last week at the Government Palace, the laureates of the Lithuanian Government Prize for Culture and Art were congratulated, and the award was presented to Dovilė Dagienė.

Dovilė Dagienė (DoDa) completed her doctoral studies at the Vilnius Academy of Arts and earned a Doctor of Arts degree. Her artistic research in photography brings together themes of memory and oblivion, imagination, time, and place.

The laureates of the Government Prize for Culture and Art were selected by the Government Commission for Culture and Art from 60 nominated candidates.

We congratulate Dovilė Dagienė and wish her continued success in her creative work!
