Research interests: applied art, movable and immovable cultural heritage of Lithuania, heritage of wooden architecture
Indrė Užuotaitė is a Lecturer at the Department of Restoration, Vilnius Academy of Arts.
From 2020, she has been working at the Museum of Urban Wooden Architecture, and from 2022, she has been the Head of the museum.
2008 she graduated from Vilnius University with BA in Cultural History and Anthropology; 2010 MA in Heritage Conservation (Vilnius University); 2016 PhD in art history at Vilnius Academy of Arts for thesis "The Mirror in Lithuania from the 17th to the Early 20th Century - a Source of History of Cultural" (supervisor dr. Dalia Klajumienė).
Since 2015 she has been working as a lecturer at the Vilnius Academy of Arts at the Department of Restoration, supervising the final theses of master's degree students, reviewing articles and final theses of students. Member of the Lithuanian Society of Art Historians (from 2023 - member of the LDID Council), member of ICOM Lithuania.
