On 11-12 April, upon the invitation of the Rector Prof. Ieva Skauronė, the Vilnius Academy of Arts hosted the CIRRUS network Leadership meeting of Nordic and Baltic design academies.

Organised by the VDA Design Innovation Centre, the  seminar offered a unique platform for leaders of CIRRUS network universities to connect, share experiences, and tackle common leadership challenges in higher education design. It was an exclusive opportunity to delve into sensitive leadership topics in a confidential setting, something you might not be able to do with your peers.

The Vilnius Academy of Arts hosted 18 representatives from the following CIRRUS network members: Estonian Academy of Arts, University of Bergen (Norway), Valand Academy of Gothenburg University (Sweden), Umeå Institute of Design (Sweden), Linnaeus University (Sweden), LAB Institute of Design and Art (Finland), PALLAS University of Applied Sciences (Estonia), University College of Christiania (Norway), Royal Danish Academy, Oslo School of Design and Architecture (Norway), Aalto University (Finland), Oslo National Academy of Fine Arts (Norway), Art Academy of Latvia and Iceland University of the Arts.
