During the COVID-19 pandemic some foreign publishers temporarily open access to various sources. On this day VAA virtual library has open access to electronic sources (books and/or journals) from these databases: „Central and Eastern European Online Library (CEEOL)“, „Emerald“, „HathiTrust Digital Library“, „JSTOR“, „OAPEN“, „Project MUSE“, „ScienceDirect (Elsevier)“, „SpringerLink“, „Taylor & Francis Online“, „Walter de Gruyter“, „World Scientific Publishing“.
You can find open access sources in VAA virtual library section „Library resources“, after search you can apply filters on the left menu: „Open access“ and „eResource Collection“. Some documents may only be accessed with EZproxy.
In VAA virtual library you can search for information in: traditional library resources, Science publications (VDA eLABa PDB), electronic thesis and databases (VDA eLABa ETD), open access and subscribed databases, Lithuanian standards board standards catalogue. VAA library user registration is needed if you want: to order or borrow items, reading theses and closed access documents. With VAA virtual library you can also access Lithuanian academic resources.
