Aim

The objective of the Visual Design Master‘s syllabus is aimed to preparing specialists corresponding to the international standards and Master‘s qualification of visual design, who would be able to perform artistic research individually, evaluate and interpret phenomena of the visual design and cultural processes in wide local and international contexts critically and analytically, able to use innovative solutions, develop their professional creative activity as individuals as well as in an interdisciplinary team; able to work professionally as designers and creative managers in agencies, publishing houses, editorial offices, internal company divisions of design and marketing, etc.; competitive in the internal as well as external markets and prepared for continuation of the Doctor of Arts degree studies or to work in the sphere of education of arts, to be able to fulfil diverse public and personal requirements of harmonious environment, and to form the harmonious environment.

Profile of study programme

Synergies of different fine art and design spheres and integration developed during Visual Design studies form a graduate as a universal creator of a wide humanitarian expertise who is able to think self-critically, raise new objectives, use professional information, present and defend own ideas based on artistic research or specific projects. The graduates are able to apply and expand their knowledge and skills obtained in the constantly changing and modernizing world of communications.

The graduate of Visual Design Master's programme is able to realize himself / herself in the artistic and cultural space, coordinate the elements of humanization of the visual style environment, work in higher education institutions in the field of design education, prepare scientific publications, perform artistic research.
