Marie Nipper – is an Interim Artistic Director at Tate Liverpool, previously Senior Curator at Tate Liverpool and Chief Curator at ARoS Art Museum.

She has curated a long row of international exhibitions and consulted on several major commissions for public and private institutions and companies. Marie Nipper also owns the art book publishing company Roulette Russe.


 

 

Guest will read the following lecture in English:

'The workings of a global museum'

December 14th, Thursday, 1 pm. at 102 room, Malūnų st. 3 (VDA C1 building)

Marie Nipper will share insight into her work as Artistic Director at Tate Liverpool and talk about the strategies by which Tate work when planning the exhibition program and acquisitions. She will also tell about some of the current projects she is working on as a curator.
