Heaven Lamp by Milda Vystartiene is Winner in Lighting Products and Lighting Projects Design Category

We are happy to share the news that Milda Vystartiene - Visual Design Master's programme student from Klaipėda faculty of Vilnius Academy or arts - is Winner in Lighting Products and Lighting Projects Design Category, 2017 - 2018 A'DESIGN AWARD competition!

Milda Vystartiene's lamp "Heaven" is her Masters degree studies' project. Subject of ther work is Lithuanian folk art straw gardens. Main purpose of the project is to revive this tradition by giving it a new look and adapt it to modern human lives.

Milda's Master project's "Adaptation of Lithuanian folk art straw gardens in lighting objects design" leader is professor Vakaris Bernotas, consultant - professor Arunas Sakalauskas, leader of the theoretical part of the project - Tomas Kiauka.
