(formerly: iF concept design award)
Let the world know how good you are!
One of the largest international design awards for young design talent is being held for the eighth time:
the iF STUDENT DESIGN AWARD (formerly: iF concept design award). We look for concepts by students, graduates and young designers from all design disciplines, concepts that represent a response to future challenges and that consider intelligent and contemporary design strategies.
Strong. And they come from all over the world. Only the best of them win an award.
Who these will be is up to an international expert jury. The jury recommends how the total prize money of EUR 30,000 will be distributed among some of the award winners as recognition.
Participation in the iF STUDENT DESIGN AWARD is free – thanks to the commitment and funding by our sponsors.
Students and recent graduates from all design related courses and programs (for example product, fashion and communication design), architecture, marketing and engineering are welcome to register their entries.
Graduates are viewed as „young professionals“. You are eligible to participate if you graduated no more than two years ago at the time of registration.
Projects should not be older than two years by the time they are submitted.
In addition to projects by individual designers, we will also accept works by small teams of designers with no more than 4 team members.
Every participant can register as many entries as he likes. Every entry can only be registered once in the running competition. Registering the same entry twice, e.g. in different disciplines, is not allowed.
